Requirements for a New Application
To apply for a Missionary Permit, prepare the following:
- Completed Application Form: Fully filled and signed.

- Proof of Organization Registration: Certification that the organization is officially recognized in Mozambique.
- Police Clearance Certificate: From the applicant’s home country and Mozambique.
- Medical Report: Certifying good health and fitness for missionary work.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV): Highlighting relevant experience in religious or humanitarian activities.
- Passport Copy: Valid for at least six months with two blank pages.
