Requirements for a New Application
To apply for a Special Skills Permit, prepare the following:
- Completed Application Form: Accurately filled and signed.
- Proof of Qualification: Certified academic or professional certificates related to the applicant’s field of expertise.
- Employment Contract: Offer letter or signed contract from a Mozambican employer specifying the role and terms.
- Employer Justification: A letter from the employer explaining why the foreign skillset is required and detailing recruitment efforts for local candidates.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV): Outlining relevant work experience and achievements.
- Police Clearance Certificate: From the applicant’s home country and Mozambique.
- Medical Report: Certifying good health and fitness to work.
- Passport Copy: Valid for at least six months with two blank pages.
