What is a Namibia Missionary Permit?
The Missionary Permit grants legal residency to individuals engaged in religious, charitable, or humanitarian activities, including work with recognized religious organizations or NGOs.
Requirements for a New Application
- Completed Application Form: Duly filled and signed.
- Cover Letter: From the sponsoring organization, detailing the applicant’s role and responsibilities.
- Sponsorship Letter: Confirmation from the religious institution or NGO supporting the application.
- Proof of Affiliation: Certificate or documentation verifying the applicant’s connection to the organization.
- Police Clearance Certificate: From the applicant’s home country and Namibia.
- Medical Certificate: Certifying the applicant’s health status.
- Passport: Valid for at least six months with two blank pages.
- Two Passport-Sized Photos: Recent and clear.
- Financial Evidence: Proof that the organization or applicant can cover living expenses.
- Prescribed Fee Payment: Proof of application fee payment.
