Requirements for a New Application
- Completed Application Form: Accurately filled and signed.
- Cover Letter: From the primary permit holder requesting dependant inclusion.
- Proof of Relationship:
- Marriage certificate for spouses.
- Birth certificates for children.
- Legal documentation for other dependents.
- Primary Permit Details: Copy of the primary permit and passport.
- Passport of the Dependant: Valid for at least six months with two blank pages.
- Police Clearance Certificate: For dependents aged 16 and above, from both their home country and Namibia.

- Proof of Financial Means: Bank statements or employment contracts of the primary permit holder ensuring dependents’ support.
