Requirements for New Application If you are applying for a Dependent Permit for the first time, you will need to submit the following documents:
- Application Letter: A formal letter stating your request for the Dependent Permit.
- Marriage Certificate: If you are the spouse of the principal applicant, include your marriage certificate.
- Birth Certificate: If you are applying for a child, provide the child’s birth certificate or adoption certificate.
- Police Clearance Certificate: An original police clearance certificate from your country of residence for the last six months is required for dependents over 18 years of age.
- Copy of Principal’s Identity Card: A copy of the identity card of the principal permit holder.
Requirements for Renewal Application For renewing your Dependent Permit, you will need:
- Application Letter: A new application letter for the renewal.
- Copy of Principal’s Identity Card: A current copy of the principal applicant’s identity card.
Application Fee
- The application fee for the Dependent Permit is 50% of the fee paid by the principal applicant.
Permit Validity
