Eligibility for Work Permit Appeal
Any non-citizen whose work permit application has been denied by the RISB is eligible to appeal the decision. The appeal must be made within 30 days of receiving the rejection letter.
How to Appeal a Rejected Work Permit
To submit an appeal, applicants must follow these steps:

Submit Appeal Through Regional Labour Offices:
- Appeals must be submitted to the Regional Labour Offices within 30 days of receiving the rejection letter.

Processing of the Appeal:
- Files from the regional offices will be forwarded to the Ministry of Employment, Labour Productivity and Skills Development for review.
- The appeal will be registered based on the date it was received.
